Fun fact none of those vegetables are actual vegetables they are actually fruits since they have seeds. All fruits have seeds. Fruits are a flowering plant that produces fruits in which some blooms to become flowers. How ever those leafy greens are in fact vegetables

Indians eat cooked banana flowers, you gotta remove the stigma inside, alongwith the white petals(are they petals or leaves lol) that you ate raw. It is verrrryyyy delicious when cooked. We also eat banana stem cooked, also delicious.
