Yes I agree! I have trich so it has been so so hard to not pull and i've just let it go so my eyebrows and eyelashes are slowly growing back!

@@asmraurora13 i have trich too!! it is hard, but it will eventually get better. i used to be totally bald on the top of my head and now after 2 years all my hair is back to shoulder length. my eyelashes are also grown in! It is possible, and you've got this.

Unfortunately I don't have much advice :( I just have to not plan my days too much and save my energy for the most important things that day. It really sucks and I feel you! I was getting so mad at myself for not completing daily activities but now if I need to rest I just rest and just accept no one else(like family or friends) will get it but that this is my life and try not to judge myself too much ♥

Yes nothing serious! I was trying to say worldwide *pAn*emic* 🦠 without getting demonetised haha! It caused my hair to shed like 50 % and completely changed the texture and it also affected my hormones(which in turn affected my hair) so it's only just getting back to being a bit smoother now! Ah a trim will feel so nice for you then! 💇‍♂

I so appreciate your concern! I will continue making videos I promise! Sometimes it takes me longer, chronic fatigue takes it's toll and even making a short video can take it out of me but I am ok 🥰💝
