Incase someone want to make it 😅 Zach Choi bread recipe Mix in a bowl: - 1 cup of luke warm water - 2 tablespoons honey - 7gr active dry yeast Wait for 15 minutes Add: - 4 1/3 cup floor - 1 heaping tablespoon salt - Little water - 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter Stir until there forms a dough and then put it in the mixer. Grease bowl. Fold dough into ball and put it in the greased bowl. Let it rise for 1 hour. Put hole with finger. If it won't bounce back, the dough is ready. Flour work surface. Shape the dough in rectangular shape. Fold it in 3 and pinch seam together. Grease bread pan. Let the bread rest for 45 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 375. Put bread in oven dor 45 minutes. After it's done, you can put melted butter on it for the aesthetics and taste
