عزيزتي رفيدة، ورق العنب بالإجمال بينطبخ على الغاز وليس الفرن ولمدة طويلة حوالي ٨ إلى ٩ ساعات على نار هادية جداً بعد الغليان .. وهيك اللحمة بتدوب وورقة العنب بتطرى وبتحصلي على صوص لذيذ جداً .. جربيها المرة القادمة وأعطيني رأيك! وألف صحة وهنا بنتي 👋😘

I grew up eating stuffed grape leaves. My mom always made them but she didn’t put them in the oven. It was always done on the stovetop. We used to go out picking the grape leaves on the side of the road. Great memories. ❤

No my dear. They taste very different if when same stuffing used. Cabbage rolls have a milder but sweeter taste. Grape leaves rolls have more of a strong earthy taste. They taste slightly salty with a hint of sourness to them 🥰💖💖💖

Good evening sweetie. I have added so many ingredients to the stuffing: ground beef, rice, minced onion, tomato sauce, tomato paste, minced parsley, minced dill, garlic, and so many spices (salt, pepper, coriander, cinnamon, etc) 🥰♥️♥️♥️
