Hey i just wanted to say that the brand avelines is not a normal chocolate brand from switzerland. Normaly its lindt, frey or cailler. Or even Migros and Coop`s on brands. Coop (where i work) has also the brand Halba-Schokolade. But i prefer Frey or Cailler. So if you really want good "normal" swiss choclate go for these. :D Cheese Fondue is good, the alcohol you put into is wine and Kirsch (Schnaps). There is also Fondue Chinoise its thinly sliced meat you put into hot soup and than you dip it into sauces and eat other stuff to it. Its my fav. Fondue. And also because i work in a coop in the butchershop we have to do like 100 when its christmas (and we are a small coop). Its for swiss people thier traditonal christmas food.
