From someone that works at Taco Bell in the US, I can clarify that we do have Nacho Cheese Sauce. It is quite delicious if you add it to things like burritos, tacos, chalupas, quesadillas, and cheese rolls at Taco Bell. To answer another question, Yes the cinnamon twists are just fried noodles.

I live in North America and yes the Taco Bell’s here have cheese sauce. I loveee to dip chips in the sauce, tho it’s kinda spicy ngl. I’ve never seen the kind of chips in the video anywhere around here tho, we just have plain chips. The chips can be super salty but they very good with the cheese.
