Vegetable Soup Recipe 🥣 (approx. one person)
♡ 1 Large Potato
♡ 1 Large Carrot
♡ 1/2 White Onion
♡ 2 Large Champignon Mushrooms
♡ approx. 100 grams Chickpeas
♡ 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
♡ 1 tbsp. Vegetable Broth
♡ 1/2 tsp Pepper
Bring it to a boil and let it boil for 20 min. The soup is ready when the potatoes and carrots are soft :)
