Celtics are gonna pay all of their guys it seems. Makes me happy as a longtime fan. I started watching during the Isaiah Thomas era when the team was still rebuilding from the KG/Pierce trade, great to see them back on top with great owners.

Yeah it looks like it. It can be a poison pill for some teams to go to that second tax apron, but for the Celtics who are squared away with good depth players it makes sense to go long term with this squad. They could definitely get another one.

It did feel that way to an extent. I felt that way last year as well, though. The NBA finals in general just aren't as exciting lately and idk why that is.
