how do people use asmr to study? you’ll just fall asleep on your paper 😂
@elkobucket73013 жыл бұрын
I find that asmr doesn't put me to sleep, just clears my mind to a stat where I can easily relax and fall asleep, or focus my attention on my work.

I don’t use asmr to study, but I do find white noise and rain sounds to be helpful, so I guess whatever works for you lol.

So I do a lot of writing for my career, and I find that ASMR really helps me focus. Music can be really distracting. The lyrics make it hard to think (almost like someone talking while you’re trying to write) or sometimes if I really like the melody I’ll find myself daydreaming to it, which distracts me from my work. ASMR feels neutral almost. I don’t have to focus on the sound to absorb it, but it fills the silent void with some white noise and just puts me in a meditative/focused state. I will say though, I do have to be careful with what ASMR I listen to! Sometimes if the video is really, really good and tingly, I’ll find myself getting really relaxed/sleepy. So it just depends on the type! But it can be really helpful.

Very nice video and sounds! And I love your voice! 😍🤗 But the camera tapping to me is too much for being a bit aggressive and so much louder compared to the other sounds. Could you do a no talking walk through tapping(scratching & tracing included)video without the camera tapping, please? 🤩🙏
