Interesting selection, and it’s amusing to see what an incredible variety of what are essentially all biscuits and cakes can be created by different nations. When in Japan a while ago we tried a different cake each lunchtime for three weeks, the choice was enormous. But it’s also fun to relate these international snacks to their more familiar UK cousins, Chocco Pie looks a bit like a morphed Tunnock’s Teacake for example!

It is very pleasure to watch snacks from my country. I’ve never expected to see these snacks on your channel. I happened to see the thumbnail with familiar snacks but I’ve got surprised as soon as checking the name of the channel. As an old subscriber, I wish to express my gratitude to review Korean snack! Such a delicate asmr video By the way, as a matter of fact, gim isn’t snack at all. We eat them with rice. It is too salty to eat it without rice.

Was this for the month of June or May? I had Croatia and Serbia for the month of May, some really, really good stuff, and some stuff that was as bad as the good was good, lol. I had South Korea a couple of months ago, I believe. Also, I just saw your library of Whispers coaster, that's so cool you have your channel name on the coaster, love that.

I guess it was June's box. I would say I like 90% of the snacks in whatever box I get.

Halfway in, and enjoying this one. But Kate, the joint leaders on 8, don't beat the 9 for the Chic Choc : ) Now to watch the rest to see if you find it out!! An adventure as well as a tasting video : 0, lol.

You’re supposed to crush the noodles in the package, sprinkle the powder on top, shake it, and eat it raw. It’s a different way of eating ramen that people happened upon after being too lazy to cook it I suppose :)

There something you said a couple times when describing the food, I couldn't understand it fully. It almost sounded like you were saying "quite boorish" but I can't imagine you'd describe something you like as boorish, unless it's like used as a slang as well and I'm not aware of it. Like calling something bad and it's good. Perhaps I'm just not aware of it. Also, the raw Ramen noodles thing is pretty popular with some people even outside of Asian countries. I'm in california and me and all my friends grew up eating noodles like that with the seasoning packets. I remember my mom would get irritated cause they were for soup not snacking on like chips. You just break them up with your hands before you open the package then mix the powder into it and eat it with your hands or just pour the crunched up noodles straight into your mouth from the bag hahaha. They're quite good like that, huh? Different, but good. I'm sure you can see how kids would love it, we sure did. I loved the choco boy biscuits and the oat and chocolate cereal. I thought this was one of the best boxes this year, this one and the India box were the 2 best boxes so far this year. I cannot wait to see what else we get this year. I'm so glad my mom got me a subscription, it was a Xmas gift. So glad I saw this on your channel and got the idea, its just great! Also if you liked the choco pie's, we call them moon pies here, there is a company that makes the original moon pies in Tennessee, the brand just says moon pie since 1917, they have double decker ones that I love to get and the banana ones are just delightfully amazing. If you ever want to try a really good moon pie, that's the one to try.

I'm saying 'moreish' - as in 'I can eat some more of this'. Not sure if that's a UK regional word or not!
@emdeejay7432 Жыл бұрын
@@LibraryofWhispersASMR oooh okay. Thay must be a UK thing cause I've never heard that. It makes sense though, I like it. I like to think I'm pretty knowledgeable on English slang, but that was a new one for me. Or perhaps I'm just not as knowledgeable as I like to think hahaha. Probably the latter 😂

😂😂😂 little plastic thing in the gim keep gim crispy. Normally Korean eats gim for meal not a snack. We eat gim with steam rice. And Ppushuppushu means smash or breaking somethings. So before open the ppushuppushu, you have to smash it and then put the seasoning inside and shake it. That is the way Korean eats ppushu 😂

choco pie is an american snack don't know where this company got the idea that it's a south korean snack just because it's popular there.
