7:03 if you find it too complicated (which I get) you could use the Belgian/Swiss way of saying it. So instead of soixante-dix you would say septante (say all the letters except the last e) and instead of quatre-vingt-dix you would say nonante (same thing). Makes much more sense to me! (I'm Belgian btw) Ofc then it's septante-et-un... Nonante-et-un... Both ways of saying these are grammatically correct.

Hey Nina I hope you are doing fine ! As always your french is amazing, you are definitely so talented when it's coming to languages I just noted a few little details so that can help you improve even more : - 81 is an exception, we say " quatre-vingt un" and not "quatre-vingt et un" -pamplemousse is actually a masculine word so it's "un pamplemousse" -you were right at first, we say "légume" with a g pronounced like in "glue" and not like "ginger"( I hope it is clear sorry idk how to explain it properly :/ ) -in the word "short" we actually do pronounce the t just like in english Basically that's it, I just wanted to add that your accent is very good and also really cute, I actually think that's it keeps on getting better and better at each french video I hope my remarks will be helpful and were clear enough ! Merci beacoup pour cette superbe vidéo et bisous de la France !

People who weren't born in france and french isn't their first language might find it tricky to know exactly when something is masculine or feminine as e at the end isn't always feminine. Or it could be just me.

Your accent is very good, even better than the last video ! :) For the couting, you can also say 70, 80, 90 in a simpler, more logical way like this : 70=septante / 71=septante-et-un / 72=septante-deux / ... 80=huitante / 81=huitante-et-un / 82=huitante-deux / ... ("huitante" is mostly used in some french speaking parts of Switzerland) 90=nonante / 91=nonante-et-un / 92=nonante-deux /... Then you can apply that to 190, 270, etc. Most french people should understand, even though that way ⬆️ of saying numbers is mostly used in Switzerland and Belgium 😊
@whynot11942 жыл бұрын
