i know that right now in this moment you're helping someone get out of bed and brush their teeth and take care of themselves, or at least you're reminding them, making them feel heard and understood, being so sympathetic and understanding of some people's situations. sometimes you feel so weak, depressed and defeated that you can't even get up of bed. this is the video I needed to watch 10 years ago.

I’m in dental hygiene school and I think it’s great that you made this video to encourage people and offer some education. There were a couple things you said that were incorrect but you’re obviously not a dental professional so how would you know? And I appreciate that you did a little research to make this video. My only request is that you please get a new brush head because the bristles are not supposed to flare out like that and it’s not going to be effective at that point. Brush heads/manual toothbrushes should be replaced every three months :)

If you ever want to use this prop again, there are TCM acupuncture charts online that show each tooth corresponding to different organs in the body. It’s really interesting. Also, oil pulling is an inexpensive ancient Ayurvedic form of preventive dental care that can be done daily and might help heal the infections for your sweet sister.
