I wouldnt say one ear is more sensitive than the other, but switching from one side to the other after focusing on one side for a while is an instant burst of tingles.

Great video. The countdown to single ear attention is SUCH a trigger. It is like setting and breaking a pattern where the double ear attention conditions your mind then all of a sudden nothing in one ear but all in the another.

My left ear, to the point that I can count the amount of times I've experienced asmr from my right ear on one hand. I like the switching though, since it allows my left ear to 'rest' for a moment and regain sensitivity 💤

I like the "escalation tactic", where you begin with a slow, gentle trigger and then suddenly escalate it to a faster, more intense version. After reaching that peak and holding it for a brief period, you immediately bring it back down to the calmer level. This quick escalation is so tingly! Similar to what you did with the second trigger, the ear rubbing that became faster and more intense.

Let‘s test your ears‘ sensitivity again and find out which ear gets more tingles: your left one or your right one 🤔 Wear headphones to fully enjoy these tingly sounds!

I already know, because my right eardrum perforated when I got measles aged 8. It can’t be fixed, and I’ve been half deaf in that ear ever since. I absolutely love ear tingle videos though, and am excited to hear this one 🎉🎉

My left ear is normally way more sensitive, but the switching from one ear to another after focusing on one for a moment defo gets me. I generally think amsrtist tend to focus the most on the right, so that might be why the left ear feels more special.
@petrahjaltelin62843 ай бұрын
Now that i think about it, i am a little hard of hearing in the right ear, so that could influence it, cause everything sounds waay more clear in the left, probs why i get more tingles in left.

I love it, but please bring back the live streams! I miss that content so much, the last one were 5 years ago and honnestly I find those so relaxing, especially that one where you eat a soup lol the distance from the microphone is perfect, not too noisy, theres a bit of white noise that only adds to the calm ambience, good whisper because youre talking normaly, not forcing "trigger words" so its like a podcast I REALLY LOVE THAT STYLE! you definitely could domain asmr youbute world doing those videos like a podcast

The left ear tends to be better at processing emotional tones, music, and non-verbal sounds because it sends signals to the right hemisphere of the brain. The right hemisphere is more involved in emotional processing and interpreting the tone of speech. The right ear is typically better at processing speech and linguistic content, as it sends information to the left hemisphere, which is specialized for language and analytical tasks. There is a slight bias in human hearing, with the left ear being more attuned to processing certain types of sounds, especially emotional and speech-related information. This phenomenon is linked to the way the brain processes auditory signals, a concept known as cerebral lateralization.

I think my right ear is more sensitive than my left, but not by much. It's kind of hard to tell. But, there is also a little bit of variation, for example when you were doing the deep ear whispering I feel like it was more effective/stronger in my left. But when you tap/rub on them, it was more effective/stronger on the right. Isn't that odd? Either way, great work as always, thank you for the time and effort you give us

Is it just me or are the ears on 2 different settings? Even without headphones, the right side is significantly louder/more crisp. While the left side is duller and more quiet. Almost seems like they would have to be 2 different settings, or the one side is broke. I dont meannit as in my right side is more sensitive, i mean even with no headphones its soooo much louder on the right side, meanwhile the other side is dull and sounds far away.
