i love this concept !!! i adore follow my instructions videos, especially with light triggers but its always conflicting wanting to close my eyes bc im sleepy but not miss out on the triggers but this COMBINES IT ALL! there are still glorious visual triggers but i dont have to fight to keep my eyes open - god bless the youtube algorithm for showing me your channel if you would enjoy doing so, a whole vid of light triggers with eyes closed would be heavenly!
