I just thought of a great trigger you can do with the ruler trigger or the "point A, point B" trigger to make it ear to ear. You'd need a longer one but you could hold it length wise so on each end of the ruler is the left/right mic and either could be point "A" and the middle would be point "B" and the other side where the other mic is could be point "C" or any mix of the three.
