You're making it an issue by looking at it that way. The cameraman is showing exactly what goes into that type of massage. When someone's all over you like that, it's hard to film anything more. Maybe there wasn't enough space to be at the front? It looks like it's very close to a wall, so the only place to film is 180 degrees.
