I have a sauce traumatism from 2 years ago when we had to serve salad sauce to prepared salads from 11.30 to 19.00 at 32 degree Celsius and we hat the wrong recipient because of bad organization and the white sauce dropped out of the recipient and began to stink and people became disgusting, nasty and reclaimed more sauce and we had to make new sauce and open the used reciepients and it was so disgusting this white sauce, everywhere was sauce, I dreamed of the smell of this aioli sauce with mayonnaise, börk, pfui, beuh, so viscous, so slimy, yeah this village 3 days party made this traumatism and I will never order white sauce again
