What is #ASMR ?
ASMR is a physical reaction to sound, sometimes even causing a warm tingling sensation. Side effects may include: feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, moments of entertainment, followed by the intense need to nap. I've been watching asmr since 2012 and making them since 2016, with the goal of creating videos I wished to see more of in the community.

I always come back to this video over the past several years whenever I have a headache because you talk long enough to distract the viewer from the headache then fade out into only the white noise of brushing the mic which helps me fall asleep.

Dang! So I have super painful neck problems that always cause headaches and this has been a problem for years- I’ve tried ibuprofen, massage, ice, but nothing has ever worked- UNTIL NOW!!!
