I grew up going to a charles dickens fair every year around the holidays, and I have one very specific memory of being in a powder room and getting help from one of the older ladies in there. I was like 15 at the time, just a munchkin, and I was struggling with my corset and had no idea what I was doing. this woman almost immediately came right over to help me and she was so gentle and kind, and really took her time with me. I remember thinking her and her friends were the coolest people in the world. This video brought back a lot of core memories.....and comfort from a time I almost had forgotten about.
