Dee, this is relaxing. I am a firefighter, and sleep disorders are a side effect of the job due to waking up multiple times at night for calls. Sleep aids aren’t an option because when we have to go to work, we have to be focused and alert. ASMR for me is an excellent choice. It relaxes me after returning from a call, and I fall asleep. A beautiful caring angel tends to your stress and miraculously soothes it away! 🥰Oh my goodness was this a needed gift of relaxation!! 🤗I loved every minute AND trigger.
