I’m so happy that mental health is becoming normalized and not shameful. That makes me so grateful to all the people out there talking about it. Love all your videos. They really give off a good feeling.

I was looking up a bunch of these type of videos because I was wanting to go to therapy and I finally got to go to my first session! It wasn’t as scary as I thought and I had to get a lot off my chest which made me feel 10x better. Honestly this video helped me decide to go so thank you💗

Funnily I first got into ASMR 2 years back after mental issues, I needed soothing and hearing soft spoken female voices did the trick. IDK why but it still works now, I even sometimes ask my missus to whisper and it works wonders. Every time I get tingles and it relaxes my whole body!

It is my belief Jazzy that everyone at some point in there life can use therapy it can't hurt! Jazzy I deal with mental illness as well and I'm 42 and have been basically been going to therapy since I was 7 years old. No one should feel shame going to therapy it's a good way to get ideas about how to live your life better in a safe place and talk about your problems. Even celebrities and athletes go to therapy Derek Jeter the Yankees Hall of Fame Captain SS goes to therapy or went to therapy! Thank you Jazzy for this thoughtful video I really do appreciate it! 🌸🌸🌸😊☺️

If you’ve been needing therapy for 35 years… maybe it’s not the solution. I agree therapy can help
@Leoluca_Randisi7 ай бұрын
@@br0th3rb82 nothing wrong with talking to someone everyone can benefit from talking to someone there is no cure for mental health so getting ideas about how to live your life better isn't a bad thing it's a good thing. Even Derek Jeter goes to therapy and tons of athletes and celebrities. Carrie Fisher went to therapy and was a big advocate for mental health like me Carrie Fisher had Bipolar. There is no shame in having mental health issues and going to therapy shaming people for it is wrong.
