(TRIGGER WARNING bullying) filming tonights role play was so healing for my inner child 💗 The idea behind the video came from an experience I had at school, when the girl who had been bullying me decided it would be ‘funny’ to crumble up cookies into a bag & pour it over my head as she walked past - infront of everyone. I wish id had someone to reassure me that day, to explain that bullies are often more to be pitied than blamed, that hurt people always hurt other people, that it wasnt my fault & most of all to just keep going because it does get better. My aim was to be the person that my inner child needed in this video, to comfort & reassure her. & hopefully help anyone that has or is currently experiencing bullying. As always, this is a safe space, please be kind, i appreciate you all & im so grateful for our ASMR family, Love Calamity 💗

Same, in 4th grade I had eczema real bad and they called me gross and said I had a disease and no one wanted to be around me, so I feel you. This is a beautiful vid ❤️❤️.

Omg screw these People! God is Great and they will get their punishment one day. The only embarrassing one in this situation is the bully. Disgusting af

I totally agree ✨ But also, some bullies are bullies because they’re just AH, and it’s often smarter to take the high road

oh that pinned comment got me in my feelings! bullying can truly stay with you well into adulthood and these roleplays are a prime coping mechanism. it's as healing to watch as it was to create, trust

I have thick, curly hair and when I was a kid, classmates would take turns throwing small things into my hair & getting them stuck until I noticed, and they would all laugh at me. I’m 26 now, thank you for this.

Thank you so much for the transparency in your explanation for why you chose to create this video, and thank you for making this healing masterpiece. I was also bullied growing up, and I was never really taught to stand up for myself. I felt so ostracized and isolated; I needed someone to tell me that I wasn’t the problem, that it would be okay. Thank you so much for this, Calamity❤❤

When I was in elementary school middle school I used to have this “friend” and she bullied me throughout our friendship but it just kept getting worse One day we were playing fighting (nudging and tiny hair pulls) around and she ended up spitting in my face. It circled my eyebrow and eyes and went down my cheek. On another day she poured milk down my hair. One time I fell in the mud and she laughed at me. I want to say this : there’s nothing wrong with laughing. However it is wrong to laugh then start calling you names, and not checking to see if your ok or helping you. She did all the wrong things. I got up and walked in class and thankfully some guy friends brought me some paper towels. I’ve had a rough childhood I was overweight (still am but I’m working on it) and things weren’t good at home either ( abuse from uncle and aunt) I was always bullied. I want to say as a now 20 year old who’s survived a lot of grief and struggles school being one of them. Don’t give up because it does get better. I never thought I’d reach this age. And i never thought that I would find love. I’ve been together with my boyfriend for 2 years now I still struggle with depression but I’m thankful that I had some people in my life to make living better and to remember to keep trying not to give up. Thank you calamity for this video and for your message ❤️
