I love how many of us have had Maria as a wonderful part of our lives for over a decade. I think of how much craziness has happened in my life during that time - personal hardships, severe health problems, loved ones passing away, horrors all over the world, relationships starting and ending, financial woes, seemingly endless amounts of stress and anxiety... and in aaaaaaall of that time Maria has been there with her beautiful smile, constantly radiating kindness, calmness, and positivity, bringing joy even during the very worst days. I will be forever grateful that she exists. 💚

I feel like we used to have service like what you're describing at the mall, especially the older stores like Sears, JC Penneys, etc. especially the older employees who really cared for their jobs. I really miss it! Now that malls are basically dead we can't find this kind of vibe anymore.
