Speaking of ASMR saving someone’s life, I remember coming out of a car crash and being diagnosed with PTSD. I started watching ASMR to calm me down before I would drive to work. I watched it for hours before I was calm enough to even start the car. It really helped, I still was very scared driving. I no longer drive because luckily I get to be a stay at home mom. I still watch ASMR :)

I love how she makes it feel one on one. A lot of other asmrtists talk to me like I’m in a group. I love the one on one connection.. she says “you” instead of “you guys” which is so tingly to me
