I like where you break the "4th wall" and look out of the shot at 0:41 This is interesting in that the prospective is as a 3rd party here - can't remember seeing that before, but it's probably been done I think this would have benefited from part of the examination requiring you (your face) to be in closer proximity to the camera at times
