What even is ASMR?
ASMR describes a feeling of pleasant goosebumps (this is also called tingles). You may it know from when someone scratched your scalp or your back. ASMR videos trigger this feeling using various different sounds and visuals.
ASMR can help people fall asleep. It also calms anxiety and can be used for both relaxation and focusing on a task.

Wait a second..you don't like real cherries as much because of the seed..but you'll eat raspberries with their hundreds of seeds that get stuck between your teeth?!?

it's something about having to spit the seed back out that is slightly off-putting to me 😅 seeds that you can eat are fine (except for watermelon seeds, those little buggers)

@@LottasASMR I think if you like raspberries you will love mulberries. Mulberries look the same as raspberries (a bit elongated)..they grow on a tree, but have probably twice the sugar of a raspberry. They are very similar in tartness and color to a black raspberry. There are seeds, but the seeds are also much smaller. I have a 70 year old Mulberry tree in my yard. It drops copious quantities (thousands) of Mulberries all over the ground. Mostly the birds feast on them. I try to make jam from as many ripe berries as I can stand to pick. Last year I made ~50 jam jars and I give them to family and friends as gifts.
