I think we have pretty much the same dislikes in ASMR. I don't like any of those triggers either 😅. But not surprisingly, your version of them relaxed me anyways 😊

You basically summarized why I'm quite disappointed by many asmr videos these days, they all have the same triggers, start the same way, or they are randomly made without pre planning the sounds so sometimes it's very harsh and loud or so hectic that I can't relax. Your videos are just perfect for me ☺️

if you want someone who is not really formulaic, but still quiet and relaxing, another great asmrtist is Patrick’s ASMR. the only thing that bothers me is that he has a great sense of humor so i sometimes can’t sleep because i laugh at a subtle joke lol

I could not agree more with the “finger flutters.” It drives me nuts and is usually a pretty big turn off from the video. What I enjoy so much about your videos is that despite these being some triggers that drive me crazy, you manage to make them good. It’s the strangest thing!

Your Asmr is what I have always been looking for and now I have it! 😉😉😉 Loud, fast, aggressive triggers annoy me personally. We cannot like everything in life for the simple fact of being human. It's the most normal and natural thing, therefore I hope that no one is offended. For something there are many other channels that offer more content for all tastes, which is respected. honestly agree with all of these but the intentional mouth sounds just bc i love mouth sounds. some asmrtists i feel just have perfected it so well to the point where it seems natural, especially if they do it very softly bc i also just like for it to be more realistic sounding and not too over exaggerated. with that being said, these days it’s hard for me to like a lot of asmr people are putting out bc it seems so forced so i also agree with i like more natural sounds and not harsh or forced stuff. definitely would be one of the reasons why you’re one of my favorites! ❤

okay so i like some of the intentional mouth sounds, but i dont know how to explain it :D:D when there is a dedicated mouth sounds video i have no problem with it, but sometimes its too much to me if someone is making extra mouth sounds while whispering. I like the natural mouth sounds that come out, i always think of water haha much love to you!

What a coincidence because all of these triggers I also really dislike! So it’s a shame that 90% of ASMR nowadays starts with like.. 4-5 of these triggers within the first few minutes (usually the aggressive finger flutters, tongue clicking, repeatedly saying HELLO HELLO HELLO HELLOOO GUYYSS GUYS GUYS HELLOOO HELLO!!) I agree with most of these! Tongue clicking can be very tingly for me when used appropriately. Most asmrists these days do it too much though- it can get annoying; specially when too forced/not soft. When you did it slow/gentle- that was perfect! ❤

Someone explained it to me once that it’s supposed to be kind of like when your mom would clean something off your face when you were a kid so intending to be somewhat comforting and the sounds it makes are similar to mouth sound triggers. But I agree it’s gotten to be a bit much and too overtly sexual.

I’ve yet to find someone who respects the gentle, soft, slow triggers as well and consistently as you do. Which those other triggers can be nice sometimes, as someone who usually prefers gentle ones it’s hard to find videos that don’t ruin (to me) the good gentle vibes with harshness, such as finger flutters.

Spit painting is the most awful trigger, in my opinion. The hello thing is annoying to me too. 😂 This was a cool video and kudos to you for making it, when you really don't like these triggers. I actually liked your version of the spit painting lol I never liked when people actually lick their fingers but i like the hand movements and gentle sounds. Girl omg, whenever I hear hand sounds I instantly skip them. I just want to scream at them to put some lotion on cause it sounds so dry and nasty. Glad I'm not alone in hating it. Still, your audio levels are good so none of these triggers were particularly abrasive sounding.
