WhisperAudios ASMR For me this gets 9/10 for appropriate use of letterboxing. The last bit needed for 10/10 would be bigger letterboxes so that it's in 21:9 aspect ratio. But that's only my personal opinion since I'm used to 21:9 or 16:9 but nothing in between. Hope I could help with this :)

Elena was more bearable in the books, still a basic bitch, but a lil bit more interesting bitch. Also gotta *love* how the villains that got like one page are the main villains in the series and the ones who were there for like two books aren't in the series at all. The series was still good when I was younger though. Don't know why, but I liked it. It's tolerable, I guess. Booka were a little bit more tolerable. I like what the series did with Klaus though. Shame they didn't keep Catherine's original personality, it could have been way more interesting, although Catherine is a very interesting character even in the series.
