@@SirimiriASMR I do this every day.😄 My job can be VERY nerve-wracking and when I start to get impatient... Okay, it's time...(Turns on the video) "Take a deep breath in for 4...Hold for 7...Breath out for 8..." You have a calming voice, it works. But it also works in a calm environment. Yesterday I spent half my working day listening to a short video "ASMR Tingly Christmas Sounds"😄It was amazing. Like a massage for the brain. And when I want to really relax at work, I turn on a video with Veronica ASMR Kidnapping. Every time I see these videos in recommendations (they are always there) a song starts playing in my head "Bad Woman Blues - Beth Hart". Minus one kidney! Do you feel lighter!? I really hope she comes back!

Cranial nerve exams are one of the only ASMR medical exams I will watch (I’m a roleplay kinda gal) because they make me sleepy!
