Thank you. These videos put me in a state of relaxation that's otherwise not achievable. I think Men's mental health is mostly overlooked. We are expecting to be able to deal with stress, but without a mental reset, stress becomes a physical health problem. Hypertension, Highblood pressure, reduced immune response. Completely agree. I tend to not even talk to people I know about ASMR because so many people think it’s weird. But at the end of a long stressful day it just helps me relax instead of lying awake in bed all night worried about what’s happening tomorrow.
