🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

Hi there Ella I'm a fan of yours . You are truly my favorite asmrtist I have adhd and it's really hard for me to sleep on time. Your amr is always helpful as it is creative and interesting . In couple of years of listening to asmr I realized that the videos with questions being asked in them are always the best for sleep.
