As someone who grew up Christian, and has trauma due to the church, I am so sure of who I am as a person and know I am NOT a Christian, I detest the religion. But I do find tenderness in the stories of the Bible, and softness for Jesus. Jesus was a great guy, but the Bible is a story book. Many great lessons to learn but not enforce and interpret. The Bible is what it is. When I am in tumultuous times, sometimes I catch myself feeling guilt for leaving. And I think maybe this is my punishment, and I truly deeply believe Angelica has given up hope in her philosophy and values and has gone back to basics. I am sad for her, and for the emptiness she will feel once the manic high is over and she finds herself back at square one again.

No matter where you turn you’re going to worship something (music, money, yourself, ideology, etc.) and everyone is aiming to force their ideology, including the relativist ideas you’ve just espoused, onto others. I think you need to give Christ a chance on your terms and not chastise yourself when you feel comfort in Him. Don’t look at other Christian’s and what they may or may not be doing or even major religions. Just look to Christ and see how you feel. You’re not wrong for turning to Him and you might need Him more and more as this world turns to 💩. May God bless you
