It's time to relax with the Sports Card Doctor as he picks some sports cards from his collection to create ASMR triggers like scissor sounds, crinkles, whispers, cutting sounds, and more!

ASMR stands for AUTONOMOUS SENSORY MERIDIAN RESPONSE and refers to a tingling sensation often accompanied by a calming, pleasurable feeling. This tingle is said to originate in a person’s head and spread to the spine and limbs in response to said stimulation. The stimuli that trigger ASMR vary from person to person. Some of the most common ASMR triggers include soft voices and whispers, crinkling, white noise, hand movements, and we hope softly spoken references to old baseball players and other sports figures. Visual stimuli and experiences are also possible via hand movements, personal attention, and, again, hopefully going through a pack of sports cards.
I've been using ASMR for years to calm myself, focus, and relax. I hope you can find some benefit from these ASMR videos... or at least appreciate my knowledge of sports from the past and present.

Great idea for a vid, very fun. To make it more interesting you might want to blind pull a card out after every pick to make it more of a real draft and draft the players you want most from the start. Could give me a bit more drama. But excellent vid.
