I love the second one like the bones of it without the paint and the furniture. Because I feel like someone could really do it up and have such a funky take on it because it gets so much sunlight you can really play with color to where it wouldn’t feel like you’re drowning. Heck have a hot pink room go crazy

As usual, I loved the video! And I am realizing this isn't just ASMR content, to me it's very entertaining and interesting which is generally the opposite of why I'd normally consume ASMR. Not to say it's not relaxing, it is, but it has a whole other dimension to it also. I've never really thought about interior decoration before and I like hearing about your taste I find it thought provoking and I am discovering my own taste too.

the first house looks like it was meant to fit the needs of a professional basketball player or someone who would host more professional games. the basketball court was decorated and fitted like what you would see in the NBA training gyms.

(First Home shown) I would add a Swedish sauna. Also, I would vary the color palette with accent walls. Thanks for sharing. The upkeep would need about a half dozen maids. I would add a game room for video games and another room for a built-in theater. Or convert two rooms for video gaming and theater. But to each their own. Thanks for sharing.

With the last house, i absolutely love the exterior and the old money look but was taken back after seeing the more renovated rooms? I'd prefer if the old money style was consistent throughout the whole house cause that is such a vibe. If I were to get that house i'd definitely renovate those weird rooms to fit that style. That's what always gets me because you not only have to afford the home or the mortgage payments, but you have to pay SO much to furnish it and heat/cool it and keep it clean. Plus like crazy water bills if you have big pools and saunas and stuff!
