I was up all night last night because I had the worst nightmare in actually the past month. Ever since I was little I had horrific nightmares and they keep me from sleeping, I haven't been able to sleep for the past 7 days because I was afraid that I would have another one. Of course, the one time I got to fall asleep after almost 8 days I had to have a nightmare, and this is why I never sleep and never have been able to sleep since I was a baby. I've tried everything, but this hole entire thing has made me an insomniac. When ever I wake up I'm either: screaming, crying, breathless, scared to death, shaking, paranoid, dizzy, and in some cases all at the same time. From the words of my boyfriend: "When ever you have a nightmare you talk in your sleep. So I know whats going on, and of course the point where either you wake up or my cue to wake you up." He usually holds me until I've calmed down, then he gives me headphones and puts on one of your nightmare comforting audios. But I'm never alright, even though I say I am. I just that I'm okay to make my boyfriend not worry as much, but this helped me a lot because I have already watched your other ones at least 50 times. Thanks for all the comfort that you have given me. Keep up the amazing work, and I support you all the way. 💙 ya, cheers!

Though I don't dream as often anymore, nine times out of ten when I do dream it's more commonly a nightmare. I'm just trying to deal with it as best as I can as any person is able to.

Honestly I have my own issues with nightmares, one in particular that has haunted me since I was a child, and when that one nightmare hits I wake up bawling my eyes out, sweating and I feel like I had stopped breathing. Hearing this audio made me feel so much better, especially since a lot of the cuddling and love part is what my fiance does to help me calm down. I love your audios; keep up the awesome work!! :D

I don't think people realise how terrifying, and traumatic nightmares can actually be. They're normally just classed as bad dreams, and this means that a lot of people don't get diagnosed with stuff like night terrors because it's so sugar coated and washed down into just bad dreams
