I was really interested in the wax seal instruction (although I would have liked more about how to use the wax sticks) and, as always, I loved your journal entry in my favourite colour. However, I have to agree with the commentator who did not like the seal in the journal - I think because in a pretty, delicate artwork the seal looked big and clunky and somehow out of place. ETA I do expect to be purchasing from Stamprints, though, so thanks for the link and discount code 🥰

Hold the wax stick over area you want the seal use a lighted match to melt the wax when finished tip wax stick up to stop wax dropping onto paper. Blow out the match and use seal you want. I used wX on mail bags . This is how I was trained. If it's a wick wax candle style. Light wick and drop wax in place tip up wax, blow it out and and put seal in it.

maybe a tissue or cotton ball after you heat up the wax and just wipe it. either that or maybe they peel it?
