My mum used to make fruit from the marzipan left over from the Christmas cake, and paint them with food colouring. I think she made fruits from the left over icing as well.

Obviously I'm a big fan of your high concept and high production videos, because you are an artist who puts tremendous care into your work. As kids we would drink the juice out of the wax bottle. Then to be sure we got every last drop of sweet goodness we would chew the wax. You can chew it, probably don't want to swallow it. ❤😊

Those marzipan candies shaped like different fruits just sent me straight back to my childhood!! Me and my brother got a bouquet of them for Christmas one year, and it’s still one of my all time favourite memories. Looking at all the different fruits and being just AMAZED that it was all marzipan! I haven’t found them anywhere since but I just adore that memory.

When I used to live in Berlin for a few years as an exchange student, I absolutely fell for marzipan when there during Christmas. There's nothing really quite like its sweet taste. The crunchiness of the rock candy as it bursts in your mouth was pleasing to listen to. Your reaction to different taste experiences is always priceless 😂🍬

This was so fun to watch! Oh and those "crystal things" are also called rock candy and is nothing but crystalized sugar syrup. My mother used them to sweeten drinks such as lemonade or tea. Now enjoy your sugar rush andv go wash your face & hands. I can practically feel the stickiness all the way over here🤣

Can't wait to see you try the rock candy sticks! We have them here in Canada at gift shops and museums and that type of places. They all are the same flavour that I've had here (pure sugar flavour lol) and the food colouring is intense! But they are very pretty. Edit: now I have to go searching for these flavoured ones!

I dont watch many eating videos but I think they are fun when they have a variety of new things and it was interesting to see what would be next. Fancy weddings here sometimes use those crystalized sugar things as sweeteners for coffee and such. One thing about ASMR that I enjoy/find charming is it can make you slow down and look at things you might normally take for granted (such as talking about the sugar sticks being pretty), its something I notice in many asmr videos and I dont know if anyone else thinks about it or im just the weirdo lol.

The crystal sugar canes are usually put in tea to sweeten it where I'm from. You just stir it around in your cup and let it dissolve (usually not all in one cup ofc)

Those crystallized sugar sticks are actually called rock candy. I feel bad for your teeth. In the US, they are normally placed on the side of a coffee cup in a upscale restaurants so people can dip them in their coffee to sweeten it to their liking. Most do not have any flavor, despite the coloring.

For those Nik L Nips I have a tip on how to get all of the juice out and that's to bite off the cap and then take a tac and poke a hole in the bottle and then you can suck out the juice quickly, oh and btw the sour ones are way better then the original ones and no the wax is not edible lol

The first candy drink 2 balls bottle reminds me of Gaara's gourd. Idk why that would be a candy bottle. Freeze drying is exactly what it sounds like. First, it's frozen really cold, like minus 40 or 50 Celsius. Then because it's so cold, when it is warmed up the water content sublimates going from solid to gas and evaporating out of the food.
