Hi I've been watching asmr for a long time for 4 years now. This was a very hard but important decision for me to make I will no longer be watching asmr anymore. It gives me more anxiety then if I hadn't been watching. I've loved this community for so long but I must leave this is the last video I'm watching I felt like I needed to make a public announcement. Goodbye asmr chalk/powder community. Thanks for taking care of me for so long but I need to figure something else out for my future so goodbye I will miss everyone in this community
