Stress free stress pulling. Guaranteed less stress or your money back. (Money-back guarantee not guaranteed)
Other triggers: orbeez sloshing, water sounds, mic brushing, glove sounds, tapping, reading, and more.
Thank you for watching!
__________________________________________________________________
People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make every video one that you can fall asleep to (you're more than welcome to watch for whatever reason you like though!). I specifically make videos for people who have an overactive mind, adhd, anxiety, insomnia, depression, or are actively stressed. I believe the neurochemicals in all of these mental states look very similar and my style of ASMR aims to bring balance to those neurochemicals. I'm not a neurologist, psychologist, or professional of any medical/science field whatsoever. I just have a lot of experience with stress, anxiety, and adhd so I perceive the world and ASMR through that lens. So, if you like faster asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video, then you should hopefully enjoy these videos... and if you have adhd, anxiety, insomnia, depression, or are actively stressed then I hope you can find relief here.

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic (tapping/brushing/whispering) and visual stimulation (hand movements/lights/etc)

Kevin Garza seems odd to me. Never seen any KZbin channel grow without a drop of slowdown. 100% if not more of his sub base views his videos in days? Channels with 300k subs don’t get that view return, totally inconsistent with literally every asmr channel. Seems fishy to me? But if legit fair play.

Realize tingles are what help me sleep for 5+ years and dealing with my ex-partner complaining about what I “listen” to while I sleep. Check. Listening to you on my jbl on my deck, alone, while my kids are up north for summer break and I have time to unwind while my neighbors wonder what in the world is happening at my house. Check. So happy I subscribed, great job ❤️

Marno thank you so much for the way you do stress pulling. Nobody else does it like you do, with getting into specifics of "oh this one is stress from this" and so forth, and honestly I feel like without the specificity it gets really repetitive. Plus, you have an amazing sense of humor. "Why would this one say chairs? Chairs are awesome." *taps on chair*

I just got jumped, lost my job, dealing with addiction (s) and currently have no income coming in for my upcoming rent. Obviously this didn’t help any of those problems, but this helped me relax for the first time in weeks, and I love the stress pulling omg... definitely just gained a new subscriber.

Yaaaaasss!!!!! I don't know what it is about hand movements, particularly stress pulling, that instantly relaxes me enough to turn my brain off. it also helps that you have an incredibly endearing personality. You smile, I smile. like a best friend that brings Catan and ice cream over on a Friday night ^_^

Not sure why but when you hold the stress between two fingers like you do at 1:39, it’s the tingly ear thing I’ve ever experienced.

Am I allowed to request a full video of that thunder storm part? Like with each part having its own segment. I really liked all the sounds together, but would love like 6 minutes or so of just the tapping, just the scratching, and just the microphone blowing. Would be a great video!
