Looks yummy, have you tried to make them in an air fryer? Spray the cauliflower with some coconut oil before you put it in the fryer and you may get a more crunchy “chicken “ wing 😁

May I recommend something? Please slow down and chew your food much better. If you continue to eat as quickly as you do (regardless of how healthful the food may be) you could eventually experience digestive problems later. You’re still young enough to make this very important change. I would’t be surprised if you begin to experience heartburn .
