Actually,as a follower from China,most of Chinese can understand English (just some of old people like my grandparents can not understand English ) In China, we have 9 years compulsory education, so everyone in China have opportunities to study English 😊😊😊❤❤❤

It’s look like the Hungarian “Lecsó” which is not the same but very similar to the French Ratatoulle -I hope I wrote it well-. In our Lecsó, there is no chicken, only sausage for the best taste. Always good to see and hear you Solfrid!

The chicks will get their own isolated house. If I said outside I meant outside in the garden in their own cozy chicken coop. I will not let them freeze. 💚🐥😊

Hi thanks for making your eating videos I love them but the noises was too distracting and didn’t help with sleeping 😢 and couldn’t hear the eating sounds cause I kept paying attention to the other noises. Just some feedback but again love your videos ❤

So let me help you by giving you a suggestion since I got so many beautiful moments listening to you eating. Animal protein is a lot more bio-available and you need it BUT in order to properly absorb the protein (and collagen which is protein) you really need a strong (low) stomach PH. As many as 50% of 30+ year olds are struggling with hypochloridria. I would urge you to look up the symptoms and make sure you aren't one of them. Supplementing with some Betain HCL in that case will be really helpful and will give you beautiful nails, skin and hair in no time and will also stimulate a proper release of bile which in turn will allow you to digest fats and you might get a proper craving for fatty meats. Without fat and cholesterol you cant make hormones. All hormones are made of cholesterol so do some research, consult with your doc or you do you and be healthier.
