Nice! You can also do what they call "co-washing" (conditioner washing.) it's where you take a rather light, less expensive conditioner and use a little bit on your fingertips to scrub your scalp. Most cheaper conditioners have some cleansing agents already in them, so you can get a gentle clean without using the harsher stuff that strips your hair/scalp of oils.

it's actually very healthy for your hair to wash it only every few days, I wash mine every two days and it gives a lot of volume to my hair. it has never been so healthy before I started doing it

I take a multivitamin called "B-Stress" with a lot of B vitamins, biotin, folic, magnesium and vitamin C. Then I take L-Lysine 500mg, and Zinc 50mg. :-)
