Maybe you would like The Ranch. It has Ashton Kutcher in it and my mom, who has similar show taste to you, likes it. I personally found it boring, but I’m more into dark/dystopian-type shows, so maybe that’s just me. And as for books, one romance series I absolutely loved in high school was The Immortals by Alyson Noël. And another is Dead Beautiful by Yvonne Woon. Last time I read any of these books was 6 years ago, so I apologize if they’re not as amazing as I remember. But I do recall being obsessed with them.
