I enjoy doing yoga outside or baking to de-stress! It’s been hard to upkeep a positive mindset with all the negativity circulating our lives but I think it’s important to just give yourself an hour to do what you truly enjoy.

I really like your videos. Your content and the quality of your whispered voice are super relaxing. I confess that I don't actually concentrate on the words but they are like a blanket for my mind. It's difficult to explain without sounding unfriendly but I don't really want an ASMR artist to engage me or make me concentrate a lot. That defeats the purpose for me, which is why I don't watch roleplays much. Yes, ASMR is weird even to those of us who appreciate it and use it to relax. I do have a question. How do you achieve your pristine, white-noise free sound? I never hear any humming or whooshing in your videos. Those sounds are annoying and yours are blissfully free of them. Thank you for your work!
