You should check out asmr channels Simply Kel and ASMR Rebecca cause they have a bunch of adhd/focus game videos I will warn you that they are fast and aggressive type stuff so if it's not your son's favorite to watch then maybe pick other channels

Aww, your start at making ASMR being because of your mom is so lovely. Mine has GAD as well, though sadly meditation and ASMR don't work on her. I wish I could find something that does. You seem like such a lovely and introspective person. As a 36-year-old auntie I just want to say that, while adult life is going to bring a lot of burden and grief, always remember this bright young girl you are, and hold on to her. She's the best of you and she's bright enough to just tear through all the bad that might come. And It was only a few months ago that I realized for my self that there’s no negative situation or person that could truly bring me down unless I allowed it to affect me. I used to just bottle up everything inside me until it started to become a bigger issue than what it originally was, so I just learned that the sooner I deal with it the more I could learn from the situation and the more better I feel in the future, and ultimately have a better vibe to pass on to others… hopefully 😅💕 And it’s so cool that you’re from the same place as V and suga!!!!
