You should try popping it in the freezer for a couple hours before filming a video, it gives the chocolate a lovely thick texture and biting it I'm sure would make great sounds

I do not think there would be any alcohol left. Typically when alcoholic drinks are used in food the actual alcohol is "cooked out" for lack of better term. The flavor is what they are going for not the buzz
