Je vis en Bretagne Nord, près de la mer, et ici il y a énormément d'artistes, les gens créent des ateliers, des boutiques, des galeries, des stands sur les marchés touristiques l'été. L'art est très présent, les gens aiment prendre le temps de faire ce qu'ils aiment et essayer d'en vivre grâce, notamment, au tourisme. Il y a pas mal d'anglais aussi dans la région. Sans parler de tout le folklore fantastique et la nature qui sont très inspirants 🙂

@@asmrglow je sais qu'à Lyon et à Montpellier ce sont des villes très artistiques (surtout Montpellier). Je vis à Lyon et mon amie vie à Montpellier et on parle souvent de comment il est agréable d'aller dans certaines rues pour voir les danseurs, les chanteurs, musiciens, mais aussi aller dans des petites villes comme Vienne (près de Lyon) et de voir des mini galeries d'art ou encore des boutiques d'artisans de tous domaines. Je vis dans la campagne autour de Lyon et sache qu'avoir un jardin pour se poser, lire, mettre de la musique, peindre ou juste planter des choses est vraiment agréable aussi Ps: niveau beau temps à Montpellier tu es servie, avec la mer à portée de doigts de pied.

Pour répondre à la question de la fibre artistique en France, j’ai l’impression que cela dépend du foyer familial, car il y a en effet des gens stressés ou focalisés sur la carrière professionnelle, ou pas du tout intéressés par l’art. Mais il y a aussi beaucoup d’artistes qui exposent dans des restaurants/bars, des galeries d’art dans des villes, des vendeurs français sur etsy qui créent des choses incroyables, et des possibilités de s’épanouir artistiquement ! Pour ma part j’aime aussi récupérer des vieux meubles pour les relooker ! En fait je crois que ça dépend vraiment de la façon dont on veut construire notre propre monde, personnellement je fais des études sup artistiques et je vois que lorsqu’on est passionné.e par la création sous n’importe quelle forme, c’est possible de réaliser ses projets en France 😄

Here's an idea for a confusing video: Have a long ramble about whatever, but alternate each line between English and French. Basically, every time you stop to take a breath, you change languages, but keep going, and don't lose the flow, as if it's a perfectly normal thing to do, just swapping languages on the fly.

En France, le véritable problème est en effet le stress lié au travail, aux factures et à l'avenir de notre pays. Au delà de ça, beaucoup de personnes créés des entreprises qui sont différentes. C'est comme partout, il suffit juste de se lancer si l'on pense avoir une bonne idée. Mais si tu te plaît bien aux States, restes y car un retour dans un pays où tu ne te sens pas forcément bien nuirait à ta créativité.

Par rapport à tes interrogations sur les différentes mentalités en France, j'ai grandi dans un milieu plus campagnard et clairement beaucoup de personnes sont obnubilées par l'idée de trouver un travail rapidement et de sécuriser leur quotidien, quitte à poser un regard assez dédaigneux sur toute personne qui voudrait suivre une carrière avec des aspirations plus personnelles. En contrepartie je pense tout de même qu'il y a une créativité assez extraordinaire dans ce pays auprès des gens qui s'efforcent de vivre de leur passion. Pour avoir travaillé dans le jeu vidéo pendant plusieurs années, il y a énormément de studios différents et d'approches distinctives par rapport à d'autres pays en Europe. Tout comme le milieu de la bande dessinée et de la littérature fourmille de créateurs talentueux. Le cinéma fait un peu grise mine quand on voit les films à l'affiche mais il y a plein d'initiatives intéressantes malgré tout, notamment dans l'animation. Donc bref, je ne crois pas que tu te sentirais trop en décalage à ce niveau-là. ;) D'ailleurs l'ASMR français se multiplie aussi ces dernières années j'ai l'impression. Pour avoir travaillé avec quelques américains et autres anglophones, c'est vrai qu'il y a souvent un enthousiasme assez communicatif de leur part là où les gens seraient plus rapidement cyniques dans ce pays. Mais évidemment tu trouveras aussi des personnes hyper motivées également même si l'état d'esprit plus global est sans doute davantage sur la réserve.

I love these kinds of videos because not sure what it’s called exactly, but I have this issue where I get super super anxious and stressed when I’m alone at night. I need some kind of human contact to fall asleep at night to remind myself I’m not alone. But speaking can be distracting sometimes. So this way Glow is whispering me to a peaceful sleep while also not being too distracting lol
