I’d describe crab as having a really light flavor. Sweet but not overpowering. Tastes very good with lemon and butter or just plain. It doesn’t taste meaty or fishy, there’s really not anything that I can think of that tastes quite like a well prepared crab.

Lirou Lin well, if you were a crab and you’ve spent all of your life in a shell that you can’t detach, it’s literally apart of you, and someone were to eat you when they take the meat out of the shell it won’t just fall out because it’s attached.. it’s like when people mix beads into slime, once the beads are pressed in and the slime, they won’t just fall out bc they’re pressed in
