+Melanie The customer arrived in the nick of time, so the wine merchant has to assist him/her. It’s never a good idea to rush customers out the door, but in any business, there is a closing time. It’s appropriate to make an announcement at a proper time (say, 15 minutes before closing) to warn them that the store will be closing soon.

+Rafael White tbh honest if someone told wine was made from chocolate and tortilla chips with the right tone and confidence, it would be believable. Tone is everything. Roleplays are about believable-ity more than accuracy.

If you ran my local wine store, I would drink a lot more... I feel like I repeat myself, but you just come off so friendly in every video. I'm still a wine dork and I inevitably stare at the shelves for half an hour, just to give up and walk out with the prettiest bottle. This method has only failed occasionally.
