A live in CT and as someone that goes often to NYC I would not spend money on a rental car. It’s going to be so packed and it’s so much faster via subway or Uber because parking is also a nightmare. I also recommend you go to Bryant park winter village and union square holiday market. Hopefully it’s snows while you’re here!! It’s been raining a lot in CT

I used that pillow for a 10 hour flight to Europe. It is absolutely genius for a window seats. It fills that gap between the seat and the window perfectly. I did not love it on the way back when I was an aisle seat though.

Hi Stacy!! I like to draw all the different outfits I will wear each day during the trip before I pack my suitcase, recording the weather and the temperatures (max/min) of each day, obviously taking into account the plans for the day (if I know them). I also try to make photos of the complete outfits for future travels. It helps me a lot can consult those draws and photos when I have to do a new suitcase 😆😆

When I travel, 6 wks at a time, I packed lighter (even going into winter Europe) example leaving with 13 kilos to France. Coming back with 26 kilos, same suitcase. I underpack so I can bring home holiday spoils. When I did Japan, I left with 9 kgs, came back with 35 kgs (bought a small suitcase this time......too many Hello Kitty items). I find whatever I pack, I use half of the items. Good call to buy grooming items at the destination

I’ve been to the Segerstrom Nutcracker and also the Long Beach one and both are great! There is one in La Mirada that’s popular and I also saw the LA Ballet company is playing at the Dolby theater as well so that might be fun 🥰🩰
